The Patient Care Technician training in Delaware, which consists of both classroom as well as clinical education. These classes will prepare the student to work in a hospital environment under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. The students are trained to perform clinical skills such as blood collection, EKGs, recording vital signs, along with additional skill tasks related to that of patient care. Patient Care Technician graduates can expect to find employment opportunities in local area hospitals, nursing rehabilitation centers, dialysis centers and placement agencies.
